About Our Fees in General
For Distance Consultations (Phone, Skype, email etc) are charged solely by the time spent on a case at the rate of $180 per hour case time (Have not increased for over 10 years so will need to increase in 2019), and we will, as always, find a way to help in any way we can. Our telephone follow-ups are usually $90 (phone up to 30 minutes) and 150 (in office up to an hour) – we also charge for time spent directing the case, email reports etc. These are usually factored into the follow-up consultation charges.
In office visits for non-homeopathic or mixed consultations, Ozone, Prolozone, PRP, acupuncture, chiropractic, well pet visits, laser therapy depend on the procedures performed but usually come out to the same general rate plus an office exam fee of $35. Medication, supplies, use of the high power laser and ozone equipment are additional. We do have fees that include these items, like acupuncture – laser therapy, Ozone Therapy are some examples. Since these types of therapies usually involve multiple visits, we offer reduced follow-ups and some prepaid “packages” for things like Laser Therapy that reduce cost. Since each case is unique, these are only guidelines and we will be glad to discuss more specifics for long-term therapy options, as needed. We will also discuss all fees prior and give an estimate should you desire.
*A personal note on the Homeopathic Fees
Our fees had been the same for over 10 years ($180/hour) despite the pressure where everything else has increased. We have decided that we WILL NEED to increase our fees for new and existing clients in late 2018 – early 2019, to stay viable.
